Relaxed atmosphere in which to shop. I am not a runner but have runners in my world who really enjoyed their running clothes this year. Helpful and knowledgeable staff made it easy to select the perfect holiday gifts. Thanks again Run Flagstaff keep up the good work, I appreciated your fine service and will be back to shop for other occasions.

The 1st time I was in I was recommended an Asics which I felt was a bit big, but the sales gal said she thought they fit right. When I wore them to class it felt like they were going to fall off. I brought them back and was fitted in a narrower Asics. They felt much better so I exchanged them. I love these shoes and the sales gal was very personable and helpful.

I’m a 5-8 mile/day walker with somewhat irregular feet and it’s difficult for me to find comfortable shoes. The young lady who helped me listened carefully to what I said and found exactly the right fit in an attractive walking shoe. Thanks!!

After taking a significant break from running, a lot of change has happened in shoe technology. I had a lot of questions and needs as I chose my next everyday training shoe. Ray was great—he brought out a lot of options for me to try, answered all of my questions, and was really kind and patient. The staff at this store not only has expertise, but everybody is just kind. Thanks to Run Flagstaff for bringing our community such excellent service as well as supporting the goals of runners who have all kinds of goals and skill levels.

James helped me find a pair of hiking shoes - he was super patient, informative and personable! Very happy I decided to buy my shoes there. We are fortunate to have such an awesome running store in Sedona. The selection was also fantastic!

Run Flagstaff had a wide variety of styles and sizes in stock. The staff were super helpful, but not pushy. The treadmill in the store is great for really getting an accurate test walk/run. I went in only because my husband wanted to, but we both walked out with Hoka shoes just in time for our next vacation. I definitely recommend trying them out!

This recent visit was a busy one which cause a delay in service. Also the shoes on display do not necessarily mean you'll get that shoe. We requested two Hoka shoes in gray and were given one in blue and one in green. Not sure how stock is maintained, luckily my nephew likes the blue option we had.
